About the Role

This Integration Technician Level E position will drive productivity, Repair Turn Around Time and ensure the most difficult and complex problems are solved and dispositioned during repair of customer assets. This role sets and upholds the team culture, and requires product expertise in diagnostics, troubleshooting and process. A qualified candidate may also act as a backup Lead Hand.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities / Required Capabilities 

  • Responsible for complex troubleshooting of MX15, MXGCS, and MX8 products.  Will provide advice and guidance to peers performing incoming evaluation, while personally diagnosing the most challenging problems throughout the repair process.  Expected to facilitate support from Engineering and other departments when required.
  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to make temporary repairs and replace parts to necessitate incoming estimates.
  • Develop repair plan strategy by combining all planned activities ensuring to create estimate billing accuracy.
  • Extensive Product knowledge of the fielded products, going back to Gen 1, 2-Box systems (MX15 knowledge would be an asset).
  • Laser Level 1 Certification
  • Teaches and guides as a subject matter expert in the incoming and troubleshooting process.
  • Ability to step in and lead during times of vacation for Lead Hand or in focused problem-solving groups.
