L3Harris is looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager/ Sales Administrator to lead day-to-day office operations and support our dynamic sales team. This role is a fixed term, 18-month contract, which includes executive assistance to senior leadership, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Essential Functions:
- Manage all aspects of office operations, including facility oversight, vendor coordination, and internal process adherence.
- Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including defense clients and partner organizations, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Act as an executive assistant to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and occasional high-level correspondence.
- Provide sales administrative support, including CRM updates, offer tracking, and coordination with other regional offices.
- Oversee expense reporting and procurement processes in accordance with internal compliance requirements.
- Maintain organized records, support audit readiness, and uphold high documentation standards.
Qualifications:
- Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management and executive/administrative support roles.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills; Professional discretion and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using corporate systems (e.g. CRM, expense platforms).
- Experience in the defense, aerospace, or regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Experience in an international or U.S.-based company is preferred.
This position is an 18-month fixed contract role, with an opportunity to transition full-time.
