Job Description:
- Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW and WBS
- Capability to track / maintain schedules and identify/resolve critical path issues and network logic conflicts
- Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects.
- Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
- Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
- Perform Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis - such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc in support of assigned programs or projects.
- Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
- Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
- May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.
- Works under general supervision.
- May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.
- May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
- May manage projects at this level with responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product
- Communicates with contacts within and outside of own department and may occasionally have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.).
- Explains and interprets processes and procedures to others within and outside the job area.
- May work to justify and gain cooperation regarding processes, practices and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- U.S. Citizenship required. Prefer candidate possesses a Secret security clearance however must be able to obtain one, if not

- Ability to interface and influence at all levels of the organization
- Able to work within tight deadlines and multi-task various projects in an organized manner required
- Critical thinking and problem solving, attention to detail and quality of product deliverables
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Excel Pivot Tables, Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated Experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS, including setup, baseline management and update/maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, SRAs, and CDRL deliveries.
- Strong communication and leadership skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Competent computer skills related to Microsoft office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- United States citizen.
