Job Description: 

Finishers are responsible for prepping aircrafts, masking aircraft, painting, reading and interpreting drawings, and pulling up work orders in Solumnia.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to prep, mask, and paint aircraft
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and engineering blueprints
• Utilizes Solumina to pull up work orders
• Maintains a steady workload and turns out aircrafts to our high standards and within program budget
• Ability to be certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc. 
• Knowledge of the tools and equipment necessary to perform paint repairs and modifications
• Ability to work and get along with others and be able to coordinate with fellow teammates.  
• Ability and willingness to work any shift, weekends and overtime as required to meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in aerospace painting
• Minimum 2 years experience reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and drawings

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Active DoD security clearance
• Solumnia experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
