Are you looking for the next step in your project management career and seeking a Project Manager role? We have a new opportunity for an experienced programme management professional to join our Global Spectrum Superiority UK division. The role will report to our Head of Customer Service and generally will run multiple Customer Service Contracts and Product delivery schedules. Contracts and team sizes vary and you will receive support from senior managers, peers and the Project Management Office (PMO).

What the role will involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

  • Responsible for the On-Time, On-Cost & On-Quality delivery of all Information Resilience/Cyber Security Customer Services & Support activities.
  • Responsible for the planning, design and development of Service capabilities (Managed Services Offerings and Collaborative Working Environments) to support business growth in-line with Strategic Priorities and 5-Year Plan.
  • Act as a Voice of the Customer to assist in the prioritisation and development of new Products, Enhancements and Services.
  • Accountability for ensuring quotations for annual support and allocated bids are defined and issued to Customers
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with Internal, External and Customer stakeholders to support development of Service solutions that are underpinned by wider stakeholder acceptance and buy-in.
  • Act as the primary Customer POC for On-Contract activity and provide status reporting on Service Contract performance/changes to Customers and Senior Management.
  • Overall responsibility for producing Customer Bulletins, Software Release Notes (SRNs), Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) and the generation of CS Service Proposals as required.
  • Responsible for attendance at internal and external Service Review Meetings ensuring that all Actions Raised are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to the Sales & BD personnel on Customer visits to build and maintain Customer relationships.
  • Support the benchmark of Information Resilience Customer Services against market segment peers and best practice and emerging technologies in order to assess performance and identify areas for improvement across all product and Service portfolios.
  • Work to support commercial aspects of assigned Contracts including change control and adherence to terms.
  • Contribute to Produce Exec/Ops reports as requested.

 

What you’ll bring

The role requires the following experience and skills:

  • Ideally 5+ years of project management experience including schedule, scope, risk and opportunities, resource and financial management and reporting.
  • Highly computer literate in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Strong interpersonal skills combined with experience of leading teams and managing relationships with all levels of the business.
  • Full project lifecycle experience including the practical and effective use of formal project and risk management tools and methodologies.
  • Financial experience of reporting including sales revenue
