In the land domain, our T7 and T4 multi-mission robots deliver next-generation remote capabilities and uncompromised performance. We design and manufacture world-leading land force protection systems, cyber and electromagnetic activities (CEMA), electronic warfare (EW) and encryption capabilities. Our cyber capabilities provide an information advantage in the fields of kinetic conflict, cyber warfare, force protection and counterterrorism. 

 

We are looking for Graduate Systems Engineers to support the development of complex Information Resilience and Electronic Warfare Systems. Reporting to one of our Systems Engineering Leads and working in a cross-functional team, you will develop design solutions and contribute to the generation of technical proposals, bids and presentation, playing a critical part in our key engineering programmes.
 

You’ll also support the test and qualification strategy for solutions and sub-systems through writing and running system tests. Where possible, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in trials, customer demonstrations and onsite acceptance testing both in the UK and overseas.

What you’ll bring  

 

The role requires the following experience and skills: 

 

  • 2:1 or above in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or Physics

  • Basic understanding of Systems Engineering such as Requirements, Architectural design, Integration and/or Verification.

  • Some knowledge of electronics is desirable, preferably including aspects of RF systems (e.g. Communications, Radar or Electronic Warfare).

  • Some experience of software development preferably C, C++ or Python

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

  • Willingness to learn and tenacious approach to problem solving

  • Demonstrable passion for technology and keeping up to date with latest innovations
