Job Description:

Responsible for fabricating electron gun assemblies, ensuring high-quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a hands-on approach, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:

• Performing various routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting activities
• Adhere to procedures and work instructions
• Perform the exhaust process on components to achieve quality and yield goals set by the Exhaust department
• Produce a quality product that meets the customer specifications and maintains sufficient inventory to satisfy internal and external customers
• Interprets data from Analytical/ Diagnostics equipment to make sound decisions based on relevant facts

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED (required)
• Ability to clearly read, write, and understand English (required)
• Ability to work independently; ability to multitask and switch tasks from one job process/procedure to another as needed to meet production requirements
• Ability to write procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• Ability to communicate well across various organizations, verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of all safety (mechanical, chemical, electrical) procedures applicable to job

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Related manufacturing work experience; 1-3 years preferred
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• Ability to become familiar with Six Sigma problem solving tools, 5S+1, and Lean methodologies
