Job Description:

The MCP Operator works in a cleanroom environment and is responsible for processing materials using chemical baths. This role involves handling acids, solvents, and other chemicals, ensuring precise processing according to specifications, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols. This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required.
• Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
• Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
• Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
• Must be able to clearly read and write in English.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good hand/eye coordination
• Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks
• High level of attention to detail
• Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs
• Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required
