Job Description:

Tube Assembly operators perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules.

Essential Functions:

• Wear required PPE to fullfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses
• Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality
• Perform visual checks of product to assure quality
• Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years prior experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Ability to move 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks
• Must be able to remain stationary for long periods of time
• High level of attention to detail
• Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs
• Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as require
• Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals
• Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility
• Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
