Job Description:

Utilize various manual and automated systems to build and pot modules.  Performs other duties as assigned.  Performs day-to-day production activities to maintain production schedules. Must follow work instructions to maximize output and quality. 

Essential Functions:

• Prolonged standing or sitting
• Ability to work repetitively and/or continuous motions, tasks
• Ability to clearly read, write and understand English (required)
• Good hand eye coordination
• Good manual dexterity

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Basic compound microscope use
• Read and understand drawings/blueprints/work instructions
• Ability to use chemicals and solvents (isopropyl alcohol)
• Bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching as necessary
• Ability to consistently hit goals, i.e. daily, weekly, monthly
