Job Description:

Utilize various manual and automated systems to build and pot modules.  Performs other duties as assigned.  Performs day to day production activities to maintain production schedules. Following work instructions to maximize output and quality. 

Essential Functions:

• Prolonged standing or sitting
• Ability to work repetitive and/or continuous motions, tasks
• Ability to clearly read, write and understand English (required)
• Good hand eye coordination
• Good manual dexterity

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Good attention to detail and quality
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic computer skills
• Read and understand drawings/blueprints/work instructions
• Ability to use chemicals and solvents (isopropyl alcohol)
• Bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching as necessary
• Ability to consistently hit goals, i.e. daily, weekly, monthly
• Basic compound microscope use
