Job Description:
Our corporate digital supply chain team is a high visibility IT group focused on implementation and operational support of software systems to accelerate procurement, inventory management, and buyer/supplier relations. This transformative Lead analyst role will apply their expertise to building and expanding Supply Chain’s capabilities across the company, a function critical to L3Harris’s “disruptor” strategy. Responsibilities include; leading cross-functional teams and efforts, designing and delivering innovative data heavy solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability, performance, and data fidelity for production systems.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal software development team to become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our buyer / supplier tools, including requisition, PO, shipment, buyer dashboard, supplier performance scorecards, etc.
- Design, build, and support Internal Supply Chain systems, providing project scopes, deliverable dates, and guidance on best practices.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
- Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete development identified as part of L3Harris business requirements
- Prepare, plan, and support site supply chain organizations in the implementation of select supplier collaboration tools
- Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements
- Stay current with new technologies, especially within supply chain systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Programming knowledge and experience in Microsoft Tech Stack: SSMS (SQL), .Net (C, C++, C#), HTML, CSS, JS.
- Knowledge of Expo supplier tools including requisition, PO, shipment, buyer dashboard, supplier performance scorecards, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Software solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in ITAR/EAR/CUI data qualification,
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
- Excellent technical background in business operations – tools and processes.
- Strong Experience working with Supply chain and ERP applications, with emphasis on Buyer/Supplier, procurement, or logistics functions.
- Exposure to project management methodologies, primarily Agile
- Knowledge of existing enterprise solutions and Expo integrations
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $125,000-$232,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $108,500-$201,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
