Job Description:

Our corporate supply chain organization is a high-visibility team focused on leveraging company scale, enabling strategic tools, and developing key supplier relationships. This role resides in the Corporate Supply Chain Capabilities Center and is responsible for advancing supply chain business capabilities through strategic systems, supplier collaboration tools, and emerging AI-enabled solutions. The role serves as the business lead for key supply chain collaboration tools, ensuring alignment to user needs, process improvement, adoption, and long-term transformation across the company.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the corporate business lead and subject matter expert for strategic supplier collaboration and supply chain portal capabilities, including requisition, purchase order, shipment visibility, buyer dashboards, and supplier performance scorecards.
  • Support the development of a companywide, comprehensive implementation and deployment plan for strategic supply chain systems aimed towards automation of processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with site Supply Chain leaders and team members to understand, map, evaluate existing strategic supply chain systems to identify improvements/enhancements
  • Prepare, plan with and lead site supply chain organizations in the implementation of select supplier collaboration tools
  • Drive the business roadmap for supply chain systems and supplier collaboration capabilities, balancing support of current-state tools with future-state process automation and AI-enabled improvements.
  • Lead cross-company supply chain users’ group to interface with IT to provide tool feedback and manage improvement initiatives while maintaining primary focus on business process alignment and user value realization
  • Support implementation planning, training, communication, and adoption for new and enhanced supply chain capabilities, including AI-enabled tools where appropriate.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain, Business, Data Sciences, IT or related area and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
  • 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems and supply chain collaboration tools, including system implementations, integrations, or process improvements.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Ability to partner effectively with business and technical teams, driving alignment, adoption, and results without direct ownership of those functions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights to support business decisions
  • Experience using data and reporting tools to support supply chain operations, performance management, or process improvement
  • Experience in data analytics, SQL, Snowflake
  • AI/business application familiarity
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast paced environment and prioritize competing work assignments and initiative to complete tasks
  • Ability to establish and communicate firm project requirements, followed by successful implementation, deployment and training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including end users, cross-functional teams, managers, and executive leadership
  • Knowledge of req-to-pay tools, process and policies utilized in a government acquisition environment (FAR and DFARs)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $84,000-156,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $73,000-$135,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
