Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Professional to support the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise learning operations supporting a business segment. This role is responsible for administering learning systems and processes, consulting with the business, reporting and analytics, partnering on audits, and content development and / or review.  

 

The ideal candidate will bring experience in learning administration, learning processes, systems coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This position plays an important role in enabling effective learning delivery and operational excellence in support of business and talent priorities.

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Manage and continuously improve learning operations, executing training governance, audit support, learning system administration, and related operational priorities.
  • Administer and optimize learning management system activities, including course deployment, completion tracking, transcript management, certification monitoring, issue resolution, and system support.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, business leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver learning programs and ensure operational alignment with business and compliance objectives.
  • Analyze existing learning operations processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that increase efficiency, consistency, compliance, and service quality.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of learning data and records across systems, taking appropriate action to investigate issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Produce, analyze, and communicate recurring and ad hoc reports and metrics to support decision-making related to learning participation, compliance, effectiveness, and operational performance.
  • Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, validating training records, interpreting requirements, and helping ensure organizational readiness.
  • Recommend and support enhancements to learning technologies, including participation in testing, validation, implementation, and ongoing process refinement.
  • Establish and maintain procedures, job aids, and documentation that enable standardized delivery and continuous improvement of learning operations.
  • Resolve learner and stakeholder issues , balancing service, compliance, and business needs while escalating matters as appropriate.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Learning Management System administration experience, SuccessFactors Learning preferred
  • Strong project coordination skills with experience managing multiple priorities. 
  • Experience creating online learning content; familiarity with Articulate, Synthesia, or similar authoring tools preferred. 
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with reporting tools and interpret training data. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $76,500- $141,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $67,000- $124,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
