Job Description:
The People Analytics Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as the strategic liaison between HR, business leaders, and the HR analytics team. This role ensures that workforce data and analytics solutions align with business priorities and deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making. The BRM proactively learns the full capabilities of Visier and other HR analytics tools to introduce new insights, features, and best practices to the business. Acting as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, the BRM translates HR needs into analytics requirements, prioritizes initiatives, and drives the adoption of HR data solutions across the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Act as the primary contact between business leaders, HR and the HR analytics team to understand workforce priorities and challenges.
- Translate business needs into analytics requirements, dashboards, reports and predictive models that provide actionable workforce insights.
- Facilitate prioritization of analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and iterative delivery of high-value solutions.
- Proactively learn and leverage the full capabilities of Visier to enhance HR analytics offerings and bring innovative solutions to the business.
- Drive adoption and utilization of HR analytics tools across business units.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR programs, initiatives, and workforce strategies using data driven decisions.
- Support HR and business leaders in data-driven decision-making through workshops, presentations and storytelling.
- Identify opportunities to use people analytics to solve business challenges in areas such as talent acquisition, retention, engagement, performance and workforce planning.
- Support HR data governance by ensuring data governance, quality, and compliance standards are met for all HR analytics outputs.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, metrics, and reporting capabilities across the enterprise.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data domains (e.g. talent management, compensation, headcount, turnover)
- Experience with HR analytics platforms such as Visier.
- Familiarity with data visualization and BI Tools such as Power BI, Tableau
- Proven ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Experience working with Agile development framework, including sprint planning, backlog management and iterative delivery.
- Analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into insights and recommendations.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy and HR compliance requirements a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's with 9 years prior experience in data engineering, Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience in data engineering. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in data engineering.
- 5+ years of HR analytics, HR business partner or business relationship management experience

- Proactive in learning HR analytics platform capabilities (Visier) and bringing new functionality and insights to the business.

- Agile mindset with experience managing priorities, delivering iteratively, and adapting to changing business needs.
- Strategic thinking to enable data-driven HR decision-making.
- Strong collaboration skills across HR, IT and analytics teams.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $114,000-$212,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $99,500-$184,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
