Job Description:
A highly skilled and experienced IT Solutions Architect is sought to design and manage our O365 services including SharePoint online and Power platform as well as our on-premise environments for SharePoint. The architect should align business requirements and strategic objectives. This role includes translating business needs into technical solutions, overseeing architecture design, collaborating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure SharePoint collaboration solutions.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectural solutions for O365 services including SharePoint and Power Platform
- Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms, including cloud services
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation plans
- Provide technical guidance to development teams
- Ensure integration of new applications with existing systems
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure applications comply with security standards and architectural guidelines
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
- Maintain roadmaps and direction for O365 services specific to SharePoint and Power Platform
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT custom application development

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $119,500-$222,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $104,000-$193,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
