Job Title: Finance Shared Services Intern (Remote)

Job Description:

• Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract
• Responsible for daily customer interface and billing guidance
• Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy
• Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives
• Support cash application process through research and reconciliation

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or General Business
• GPA of 3.0 or greater

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and/or experience in financial stability, analysis, negotiations, cost/schedule development, budgeting, Excel spreadsheets, customer/management reporting, accounts payable, financial analysis and reporting, accounts receivable, financial systems, financial planning, financial modeling, corporate forecasting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
• Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, pay attention to details and work autonomously.
• Computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and teamwork

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$42,640.00 MIN - $85,280.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$37,440.00 MIN - $74,880.00 MAX]..
