Job Description:  

This position provides configuration management support to multiple programs in Palm Bay and Malabar.

Essential Functions: 

• Research manufacturing data verifying part number details.
• Create part numbers within the data management tool following strict engineering formatting. 
• Understand part, parts lists, and drawing revision process.
• Understand and structure indented bills of material. 
• Utilize MRP system to input new projects and activities.

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• At least 2 years working knowledge of PC windows environment
• At least 1 year experience supporting government and/or Department of Defense Customers.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with Configuration Management processes
• Ability to learn new tools and use them including the Agile Configuration Management Tool and basis office software.
• Ability to accurately manage (enter/modify) data and provide reports using tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
