Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies has an opening for an Intelligence Team Leader for an important National Security program.

We are seeking a highly motivated and mission-focused Intelligence Team Leader to lead a team of intelligence professionals in support of strategic, operational, and tactical objectives.  The ideal candidate will bring expertise in intelligence analysis, planning, and operations, and will be responsible for ensuring the timely production, quality, and dissemination of actionable intelligence products.  This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the intelligence cycle, and the ability to operate in dynamic, high-tempo environments.

 Essential Functions:

  • Subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge in intelligence research and ability to manage large complex projects of substantial important to the customer with minimal oversight or direction.
  • Intelligence professional with extensive experience operating under both Title 10 and Title 50 authorities.  Skilled in synchronizing military intelligence operations with national intelligence efforts to support strategic, operational, and/or tactical objectives.
  • Proven ability to navigate and integrate collection, analysis, and dissemination across both DoD and IC frameworks, ensuring compliance with legal and policy guidelines while enhancing decision advantage.
  • Communicate within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes, and approaches.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of intelligence data to identify trends, threats, and opportunities. Synthesize information from multiple sources to create actionable intelligence products.
  • Prepare and present intelligence briefings and reports to senior leadership and operational teams.  Ensure the accuracy and clarity of intelligence and recommendations.
  • Mentor and train junior intelligence personnel on analysis techniques, best practices, and briefing methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Poly required.

  • Work involves making significant improvements to processes, systems, solutions, or products to enhance performance within the job area. May also involve developing new concepts or establishing standards. Problem-solving and innovation opportunities are often undefined, with limited or hard-to-obtain information. Conducts extensive research on emerging threats to assess their potential impact on national security.
  • Experience briefing products in large group forums and providing analysis of forecasted issues, risks, conflicts, or concerns.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills to interface with various Intelligence Partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and followership background with the ability to influence, mentor, and lead a diverse team of intelligence professionals.
