Job Description:
L3Harris Technologies currently has an opening for a Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS)/Joint Lessons Learned Program Administrator/Lesson Manager at Schriever SFB, CO. The Administrator/Lesson Manager will be a member of a dynamic team supporting Combat Delta 1-15/National Security Space Defense (NSDC) directorates. The Administrator/Manager will work within the Force Development Directorate and will coordinate with all directorates to capture, adjudicate, action and disseminate topics in order to improve the center by continuing best practices and changing all areas which are not functioning optimally. The Administrator/Manager’s energy, communication skills, analysis knowledge, and transformative perspective will aid in the overall mission accomplishment of not only the center but also the space enterprise globally. 

Essential Functions:  
•   Act as the focal point for uploading joint lessons learned to JLLIS.
•   Provided JLLIS training for Combat Delta 1-15 / NSDC assigned personnel.
•    Represents Combat Delta 1-15 / NSDC on the JLLIS Configuration Management Board and other project reviews, as required.
•    Articulates Combat Delta 1-15 / NSDC’s JLLIS requirements.
•    Act as the focal point for emergent parent organization JLLIS issues or new requirements related to respective missions and needs.
•    Administers, trains, and supports Combat Delta 1-15 / NSDC JLLIS users.
•    Participate in the assessment and validation of JLLIS capabilities, as required.
•    Disseminates JLLP products within assigned directorate.
•    Coordinate collection activities within assigned directorate.
•    Attends the LLWG to present, discuss, adjudicate, and provide status updates for assigned lessons learned, learning points, and/or lesson observed.
•    Serves as Directorate representative for the LLB in the absence of their respective Directorate
•    Provide status/input during JLLP related meetings/LLWGs/AARs/Debriefs to ensure a prioritized list of improvement areas are addressed appropriately.
•    When the respective Directorate is assigned as OPR, resolve the lessons learned, learning point, and/or lesson observed, ensuring those specific actions items required for operational improvement are completed.
•    Be prepared to support other Directorates, when assigned as OCR to resolve lessons learned and learning points.
•    Provide regular updates to their respective Directorate on all lessons learned, learning points, and lessons observed assigned as OPR/OCR.
•    Obtain guidance and intent as well as Directorate prioritization from assigned Directorate to ensure lessons learned, learning points, and/or lesson observed being actioned are in line with Command priorities. 

        
Required Skills: 
• Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Skills: 
• Experience with SharePoint administration including site management, permissions and content organization 
• Experience with Project coordination with ability to schedule, lead and facilitate meetings to review lessons learned and ensure follow-through 
• Experience with problem solving and follow-up and being capable of monitoring assigned lessons, ensuring accountability, and driving resolutions 
• Experience in effective time management and prioritization with emphasis in handling multiple tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely updates to the SharePoint site and file directories. 
• Experience of Space Domain Awareness mission. 
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Joint Lessons Learned Information System 
•Knowledge/experience with Observer, Controller, and Trainer duties.

 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $80,500 - $149,500.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
