Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate with various functions (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Program Management, etc.) to analyze and manage complex business processes in the Quality Management System (QMS) using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
  • Perform in-depth analyses of existing processes to interpret document intent and ensure they are clear, concise, and user-friendly for new and existing employees and substantially improve performance of job area
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from the aforementioned various functions to manage business process documents, user guides, forms, templates, and checklists that are clear, concise, procedurally accurate, and follow a logical, sequential flow
  • Analyze document creation and change requests with assistance from SMEs as needed to determine the level of request compliance, and approve or reject requests based on the results of the analysis
  • Manage and track tasks to completion for complex processes to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Plan, schedule and monitor the efficient movement of process documents from submission of the original request to publishing of the document

 

 Required Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. 

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

 

  • Experience with using automated workflows in a content management system (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Requires proficient knowledge of job area

 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $71,500 - $132,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
