Job Description:

Sr. Analyst specializing in enabling design, development, deployment and operational support of warehouse management functionality.  Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service provider to design, configure, and test SAP Warehouse modules (ex. IM, WM, EWM), providing expert guidance on best practices.
  • Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP Warehouse modules (IM, WM, and EWM), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing support of warehouse functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
  • Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete development identified as part of L3Harris business requirements.          
  • Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP warehouse management modules, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
  • Stay current with new technologies, especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP warehouse management, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management modules (IM, WM, EWM) and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA/ECC functionality and Configuration.
  • Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes.
  • Experience working within ERP applications, with emphasis on warehouse management.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.
