Job Description: 

L3Harris is seeking a Program Manager to support program execution and proposal efforts within the Global Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) business area. The Senior Associate supports the execution of programs as well as supporting responses to customer quote requests and proposal activities. The role also provides program management support across the broader portfolio, including assisting prgorams with trade compliance activities and export license coordination, supporting program closeout activities, and helping address other program execution needs as required. Success in this role requires strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills to establish trust with cross-functional teams and confidently communicate program status, risks, and recommendations through regular presentations and updates to leadership.

Essential Functions: 

• Support the execution of programs and proposal efforts.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking key program performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and technical performance throughout the program life cycle.
• Coordinate with Trade Compliance and other functional organizations to obtain required export authorizations and licenses in support of program execution.
• Assist with program closeout activities, ensuring contractual, financial, and administrative requirements are completed.
• Identify opportunities to improve program execution processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% internationally.  

Preferred Additional Skills: 

• Knowledge of communication and data link products. 

• Experience with international customers. 

• Experience with geographically dispersed teams.
