Job Description:

This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager of EVMS Compliance and will be a member of the team responsible for supporting programs with EVMS requirements to include providing support and mentorship on the implementation of EVM practices and established programs processes.  

Essential Functions

• Manage the system administration tasks of the division’s EVMS Toolset, EAC workflows, and the associated SAP interfaces
• Coordinate with IT on bug fixes and system enhancements
• Responsible for issuing and managing the closure of help tickets with the software vendors
• Work with analysts and system SuperUsers to solve programmatic system issues
• Ensure the EVMS Toolset is operating efficiently to meet program reporting deadlines
• Provide training on system processes and features
• Develop and provide solutions for system issues
• Responsible for the EVMS Toolset IT SOX Compliance requirements 

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Aerospace and Defense Industry experience a must.
• Excellent analytical skills and an ability to communicate information to customers as well as the program management team and senior management
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) a must.
• System administration experience a must.
• Self-motivated with a strong knowledge of EVMS, Deltek Tools, and SAP
