Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Lead, Program Management professional to directly support the Director, Program Manager of ISR Networks in all aspects of program management, from inception through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the NDLS division's program integration initiatives, risk and opportunity management strategies, corrective action boards, and gate review processes. Additionally, this role will oversee a portfolio of programs within our NDLS ISR business lane and play a critical role in enhancing processes to ensure the successful execution of cost, schedule, and technical performance across all programs

 

Essential Functions:

  • Lead team to ensure cohesive and efficient integration of all program elements.
  • Develop and implement integration strategies and plans that align with program goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of program components.
  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Monitor and report on risk status and mitigation efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program integration-related matters.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to various audiences.
  • Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow.
  • Manage competitive pursuits and shape follow-on value-added ECPs.
  • Ensure the program meets its cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
  • Run the business cadence, risk and opportunity management, financial reviews, and program management reviews.
  • Be the primary POC for managing all leadership reviews, including Gate Reviews, PMRs, New Business Reviews, Employee Engagement Reviews, etc.  Keep track of requirements and the dates that these reviews are required. 
  • Ability to obtain a secret security clearance 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing complex programs with multiple integration points.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, configuration management, and IT systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
