Job Description:

Essential Functions:
- Manage, mentor, grow and develop a team of direct reports
- Oversee team operations, performance, and productivity to achieve organizational goals
- Key responsibilities include hiring, training, fostering employee engagement, and adhering to company policies
- Leverage analytical skills for problem solving and making informed decisions
- Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of contract owned equipment and materials
- Manage Government Property maintenance program and annual physical inventory efforts
- Contribute to the preparation of asset management reports as needed, including data for contractual reports, physical inventory reports and results, lost equipment, self-assessment results, contract deliverables, and other related reports
- Manage all warehousing functions, including material/equipment storage and analysis, receiving, shipping, and transportation of material/equipment
- Interface with internal/external customers, auditors, senior management, and other internal stakeholders for all Government Property Warehouse management activities
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Identify and correct process deficiencies, proposing and implementing continuous improvement solutions
- Operate Forklift, electric floor Jack, and Order Picker as required to meet logistics requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior logistics and warehouse management experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
