Job Description: The L7 Director, Operations Management will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations within the BCS sector, focusing heavily on project management, production planning, and finance. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, manage complex projects, and ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and support the company's growth objectives.

Essential Functions:

• Lead and manage the operations Project Management and Planning teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Oversee project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Extensive EVMS expereince required. 
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Manage project management processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational activities and projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.
• Experience in operations management, with a focus on project management, production planning, and finance.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large, complex projects and programs.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Extensive experience in Earned Value Management
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to drive change and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
