Job Description:

The Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment of L3Harris Technologies is seeking seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with DELMIA and will bring subject matter expertise automation and project management of software systems and tools. They will manager segment-wide DELMIA upgrades across multiple sites and managing Next Generation MES for the Aerojet Rocketdyne segment. This role requires the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as well as managing competing projects, priorities, and resources. The role will report to the Director, Manufacturing, Tooling, & Process Engineering and be based remotely.

Essential Functions:

• Manage DELMIA MES across the AR segment at multiple sites, to include product roadmap, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Work with internal/external stakeholders, such as Operations, IT, site leaders, and Dassault to manage, upgrade, and troubleshoot the current MES (DELMIA).
• Provide recommendations to and gather requirements from leadership on the Next Generation MES.
• Work with external vendors to assess capabilities and build vendor proposals for AR’s Next Generation MES.
• Project manage the future implementation of the Next Generation MES that is selected to replace DELMIA MES.
• Business travel up to 25% to various L3Harris sites, as needed and external vendors.
• Ability to obtain US Security Clearance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior manufacturing engineering experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior manufacturing engineering experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior manufacturing engineering experience.

• 5+ years of experience with DELMIA MES.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $164,000.00 - $304,000.00. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $143,000.00 - $265,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
