Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support the financial management, review, and estimating of assigned programs. This role will partner with program management teams to analyze and understand their financial position. The analyst will prepare monthly customer financial reports, verify actual cost reporting, provide variance analysis, and support monthly closing activities.
Essential Functions:
- Project controls analyst responsible for set up and activation of assigned projects, service orders and production work order support in ERP system.
- Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
- Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs by working with cross functional IPT.
- Provide inputs for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting process.
- Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash), identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates.
- Review weekly labor/material charges and perform necessary cost transfers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
- Minimum 6 months experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc) in program development and execution.
- Minimum 6 months experience with multiple contract types (CP/FP/T&M).
- Must be a US citizen.

- Experience working independently and with higher levels of management.
- Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
- SAP/Deltek Cobra experience.
- Experience with EVMS.
- Defense Industry experience.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
- Problem solving skills.
