Job Description:
L3Harris Technologies, a Fortune 500 company and premier Defense Contractor, is seeking a Government Compliance representative to support the Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Systems (ISR) Sector within the Integrated Mission Systems Segment. IMS is a growing and highly dynamic business consisting of diverse business models, robust pipelines, U.S. government and international offerings and complex entity structure across both domestic and international operations. This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of Government Compliance within the Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Systems (ISR) Sector. Work with Finance & Accounting on Incurred Cost Submissions, CAS, Business Systems, Floor checks, and support Forward Pricing Rate Proposals.
Essential Functions:
· Provides administrative support for audits under supervision in areas such as internal controls and procedures, time and labor charging, pricing, estimating, accounting for unallowable costs, property and Mandatory Disclosure in relation to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and generates reports based on audit findings.
· Conducts reviews and research in support of external audits as needed.
· When needed, work directly with DCAA auditors supporting Real Time Labor Audits (MAAR 6) and Real Time Material Existence Reviews (MAAR 13).
· Implement/recommend improvements in processes, systems, or products.
· Support preparation of the Incurred Cost Claim, FPRP & DS changes/submissions.
· Support government audits and requests for information through data retrieval, validation, and organization.
· Help maintain SharePoint access and update SharePoint sites as applicable.
· Help organize data logs for incoming audit requests and other internal tools.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
· Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience; or
2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Required Skills:
· Experience using ERP’s.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, proficiency with other Microsoft Office products.
