Job Description:

L3Harris Tactical Communications is seeking a Senior Specialist, Business Analyst to support the product line management team. This role will be responsible for the planning, implementation, configuration, analysis, and management of databases containing product operational data. This role is crucial in supporting product line managers by creating and maintaining visual dashboards that present data in an easily analyzable format.

The Senior Specialist will also assist in the analysis of the overall product portfolios, which includes scrutinizing revenue activities, pricing strategies, cost of goods, inventory levels, production schedules, and historical shipment data.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Business Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to compile and organize findings and data retrieved before presenting it to management.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and integrated product support.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in database configuration and management.
• Expertise in creating visual dashboards and data visualization tools.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York State is $82,500 - $153,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
