Job Description:

Support the collection and analysis of data in effectively drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Demonstrate use of Lean tools for effective problem solving
Analyze efficiency performance for the factory and collaborate on improvement plans for identified problem areas
Direct internal recognition and audit programs related to Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with internal Customers (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) to accurately report out savings to upper management
Lead/facilitate and actively participate in Lean events

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences, Finance or related field and 2 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 6 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

Microsoft Office, Simio, Yellow Belt

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $56,500-$105,000.
