Job Description:
The Sr Assoc, Total Rewards drives functional data integrity by working collaboratively to support all compensation and HR metrics audits as well as data tracking needs. This position supports the Total Rewards function foundationally to ensure source data is accurate and compliant and is intended for future growth within the compensation function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and ensures data integrity is at the highest standard; partners with the Total Rewards team to regularly audit data, partners with HRBPs to validate data, partners with PeopleOperations to submit necessary changes and trains/educates HR team members to ensure understanding of data entry /accuracy and associated processes.
- Maintains compensation and HR metrics data tracking to ensure 100% metrics accuracy.
- Works collaboratively with PeopleOperations and HR team members, Payroll, Finance and other appropriate stakeholders to analyze current processes, understand respective needs and design/implement processes, policies and programs to meet business needs and remain in compliance.
- Provides support for HR systems by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, unexpected results, or process flaws.
- Seeks and champions opportunities for continuous improvement and waste reduction for HR processes including but not limited to HCM data, and workforce analytics.
- Coordinates all Total Rewards compliance requirements; coordinating regular audits of data for accuracy; act as lead contact for external audit (i.e., DCAA, DCMA, OFCCP, etc) ensuring timely responses by the team.
- Provides support for all annual compensation programs as needed, including data preparation, analysis, communication and training.
- Performs other job duties as required to build compensation, incentive and segment practice knowledge.
Qualifications:
Graduate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar HRIS system.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met given frequent interruptions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Foundational HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and self-initiative.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$54,000 - $100,000]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
