Job Description:

• Support the collection and analysis of data in effectively drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Demonstrate use of Lean tools for effective problem solving
• Analyze efficiency performance for the factory and collaborate on improvement plans for identified problem areas
• Support efforts to accurately report out savings to upper management
• Actively participate in Lean events

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences, Finance or related field or have completed their Master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age. 

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Microsoft Office, Simio, Yellow Belt

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $56,500-$105,500.
