Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking an Sr. Assoc, Order Management to support our operations facility in Rochester, NY.  This position offers a 9/80 work schedule.

Essential Functions:

• Process Repair Orders by determining Billing and Shipping information
• Able to manage an average of 500 items in the repair process
• Able to lead and/or build compliance import/export program
• Interface with the customer via email, phone and in person
• Coordinate repairs and activities with internal and external resources
• Ensure contractual obligations are met
• Perform estimating and payment collection activities
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with data driven performance metrics
• Review imports/exports for compliance to ITAR, EAR, and customs regulations
• Assist customers with international shipping
• Work directly with freight forwarders as it relates to imports and exports
• Apply for export licenses (DSP-5s, BIS licenses)
• Experience with USML and 600 series items

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

• Familiar with Harris products
• Good communication skills, both writing and speaking
• Experience with Import/Export documentation and processes
• Experience with International Shipping
• Customer Service experience
• Experience with ITAR, EAR and customs Regulations

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York State is $47,000 - $87,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
