  • Plan and coordinate logistics for company participation including booth/attendee registration, shipping, setup/dismantling schedules, and staff scheduling as needed.
  • Manage the internal attendee experience from pre-registration through post-event follow-up, ensuring engaging and high-quality interactions with our team.
  • Source and manage relationships with suppliers, overseeing booth design, construction, and event services to ensure a professional and impactful presentation.
  • Present plans effectively to internal and external stakeholders, gather feedback, and deliver ongoing status reports.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, prioritizing cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards in branding and attendee engagement while reconciling expenses post-event.
  • Collect attendee feedback, leads, and performance data to assess the effectiveness and ROI of event participation.
  • Gather detailed post-event BD reports, providing insights on successes and recommended improvements for future events.
  • Provide leadership and on-site management during setup, event days, and teardown to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Train and prepare on-site staff to ensure they effectively represent the company and communicate our core messaging.

·       Willing and able to work and/or attend virtual meetings occasionally outside of local standard business hours, depending on work location.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%-30% of the year depending on need, some weekends, and internationally at times.
  • Move up to 30 lbs. if needed, such as when boxes of collateral and/or supplies need to ship to/from show site.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior event management experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Corporate event and/or trade show experience in the communications or defense/government sectors.
