Job Description:

• Coordinate concise and impactful departmental expense and headcount forecasting and reporting for SG&A department managers.
• Develop and/or administer Power BI dashboards for visualization of financial information.
• Analyze overhead rate trends and incorporate insights into financial forecasts and planning.
• Coordinate with government compliance teams to ensure proper treatment of costs in accordance with CAS and FAR requirements.
• Identify and support implementation of process improvements to streamline reporting and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Finance.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Knowledge and/or experience in financial analysis, budgeting, Excel spreadsheets, data analytics, financial analysis and reporting, financial systems, financial planning, financial modeling, and/or corporate forecasting
• PowerBI; Alteryx; Oracle Smart View / Adhocs; Excel macro and/or VBA skills a plus
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $57,500 - $107,500 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
