Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a dynamic Program Scheduler. This position is responsible for detailed analysis of the master program schedule, including status, performance, network logic, and critical path.

Essential Functions:

• Create and track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
• Perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects
• Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
• Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plans and integrated master schedules (IMP/IMS) using MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ensure projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality
• Attend and lead scheduling status reviews and conducts briefings with senior leaders, which requires the ability to communicate matters of importance to the function or business area
• Run schedule health assessments to ensure DCMA compliance and schedule integrity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
• Experience with MS Project
• Experience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting schedules on assigned projects/programs
• Experience creating and presenting project-level reports, presentations, and deliverables that reflect risk and status to program management and senior management relating to the IMS is required

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Previous experience in project scheduling, project controls, or relevant industry fields
• Experience understanding project dependencies and evaluating performance data
• Monte Carlo Risk Analysis (Schedule Risk Analysis)
• Structured Solutions – SSI tools management
• Program management and/or coordination, SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) process
• Critical thinking and problem solving, attention to detail, and quality of product deliverables
• EVMS – Earned Value Management Systems

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $63,000-$117,000. The salary range for this role in New York state is $55,000-$102,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
