Job Description:

 

The Program Manager will be responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance for existing and out of new international programs while achieving key business results (i-e orders, revenue recognition Operating income, free cash flow) and customer satisfaction.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee all phases of program management, from concept to closure
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including schedule, budgets, staffing, and other plan elements
  • Manage programs to achieve program and business objectives
  • Monitor program execution, tracking progress against plans and take corrective actions to course correct as necessary
  • Manage risks and opportunities to ensure programs success
  • Act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
  • Provide clear, concise program status updates to both management and customers
  • Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Work with Sales, International customers and in country representatives to determine and identify needs requirements and new opportunities.
  • Contribute to proposal preparation to support new business opportunities
  • Experience in trade compliance regulations
  • 10-15% travel with in the FVEY region

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 8 years prior experience or Graduate Degree with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience with project management 

 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $79,000 - $146,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
