Job Description: 

The Product Management Intern will provide product management support for the Segment IRAD (internal research and development) team.  In this role, the Intern will support product line investments, business cases and financial analysis.  At the highest level this individual will:
 
•    Support robust and effective product investment plans and facilitate cross functional reviews of business cases
•    Creating and editing IRAD investment summaries for executive reviews.
•    Reviewing CheckPoint gate packages and attending review meetings
•    Work across Product Line Management, Engineering, and Sales. 
•    Utilizing and interfacing with the IRAD management software tool, Planisware
•    Support strategic planning with regards to technology and product investment decisions.
 
Basic Qualifications: 
•    In pursuit of a Bachelor’s in an Engineering program.
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Strong problem-solving, resource management, and time-management skills
•    Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once with cross-functional teams
•    Experience with financial data analysis and business case creation.
•    Creating executive summary material and presentations
•    Sense of urgency to execute and success-oriented attitude 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New 
York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $18.00 - $36.00/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
