Job Description:
The Communication Systems (CS) Segment Marketing and Communications team is filling the role of marketing coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative team.
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that span digital advertisement, sales enablement, and strategic content development.
This role will work closely with internal teams—including sales, business development, creative, and social media—as well as external vendors, to manage timelines, deliverables, and performance reporting for national and state-level campaigns. This role involves developing and deploying targeted campaigns that align with key themes and sales objectives, ensuring content is timely, compliant, and strategically segmented.
Responsibilities also include overseeing assets such as infographics, sales tools, digital ads, and executive presentations. The Marketing Coordinator will ensure all materials adhere to strategic messaging frameworks and brand standards.
A successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, the coordinator will help ensure flawless execution of both broad-reaching and pursuit-specific campaigns that generate leads, build awareness, and support business growth.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (Google Ads, digital display, social, and email)
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal approvals for content creation
- Ensure assets align with messaging pillars
- Coordinate the production and organization of assets for both national and regional/state campaigns
- Ensure all content is ungated and optimized for lead generation without form fills
- Maintain an internal asset library for internal sales and external marketing use
- Support data analysis and reporting across platforms and channels on campaign KPIs
- Compile performance summaries for internal presentations
- Track campaign pacing across priority pursuits
- Communicate with stakeholders across design, copy, sales, BD, and product marketing
- Prepare meeting recaps, summaries, and checklists to support smooth coordination across teams
- Collaborate with external vendors to support creative deliverables
- Stay informed on competitive activity, industry trends, and emerging lead generation best practices
- Provide support in preparing executive decks and positioning documents for product/solution rollouts
- Travel up to 30% including weekends and international
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years prior tradeshow or event management experience experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 6 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience in government marketing or regulated industries
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Knowledge of mission critical communications, or related tech solutions
- Experience supporting virtual and in-person events

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $61,500 - $114,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $54,000 - $100,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
