Job Description:

In this role, individuals are responsible for machine operation of SMT equipment and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team.   

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for machine operation of SMT equipment including pick and place, stencil printer, and automated optical inspection. 
• Must be capable of logging information in technical databases to document line downtime
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team. 
• Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 10 hours).

 Qualifications:

·       High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-3 years prior experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Ability to test a variety of RF or digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies, or end products. 
• Basic troubleshooting skills of equipment failures 
• MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Regularly demonstrates a positive attitude
• Strong Customer focus
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work and learn in fast-paced production environment

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $36,920 - $63,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
