Essential Functions:

·         Support stockroom equipment and processes enabling material picks and kitting for the production floor.

·         Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems including assembly automation & PLCs.

·         Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.

·         Perform preventative maintenance on selected stockroom equipment.

·         Procure equipment/parts for production processes.

·         Work with engineers to develop and implement manufacturing engineering plans and projects.

·         Coordinate with various disciplines and shifts to identify and implement process improvements.

·         Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.

·         Experience with industrial manufacturing including electro-mechanical assembly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience 

Preferred Additional Skills:

·         Highly motivated self-starter who’s able to operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

·         Understanding of manufacturing systems, production processes, technical standards, and assembly equipment.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience with MS Office products like Word and Excel.

·         Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles like 5S, error proofing, standard work, and quick changeover.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $26.20 - $48.80.
