Job Description:

· Support the collection and analysis of data in effectively drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

· Demonstrate use of Lean tools for effective problem solving

· Analyze efficiency performance for the factory and collaborate on improvement plans for identified problem areas

· Support efforts to accurately report out savings to upper management

· Actively participate in Lean events

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences, Finance or related field

Preferred Additional Skills:

· Microsoft Office, Simio, Yellow Belt

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $51,000-$93,000.
