Job Description:
L3Harris is looking for someone to supervise a talented group of 8 Technical Filed Service Representatives (FSR). Manage departmental quoting, budgeting, manpower loading, scheduling and day-to-day activities. Prioritizes FSR support requests, both international and domestic, to support proper allocation of personnel and resources. Assist DoD and International Program
Essential Functions:
- Demonstrated comprehension of ITAR and Export Compliance regulations and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading change
- Prior Military experience
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principals (Greenbelt Certification)
- PMP (or project management skills)
- Knowledge of Harris Tactical products
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Proven ability to address challenges head on and provide innovative, cost effective solutions
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills, professional demeanor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Application Engineering.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York State is $76,500 - $153,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
