Join us for your opportunity to interview on the spot with hiring managers from our Redmond, WA facility, where we fabricate, assemble, and test chemical and electric thrusters, as well as small scale propulsion systems. Our products enable a wide variety of missions from the exploration of our solar system to global communication and the surveillance of severe weather and wild fires. 

We are currently seeking:

• Electrical Engineers
• Manufacturing and Facilities Technicians (1st and 2nd shift) 
• Manufacturing, Tooling and Facilities Engineers
• Quality Inspectors (1st and 2nd shift)
• NDT Quality Engineers Level II and III

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or Facilities Technicians and Quality Inspectors: High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience or 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience is required for opportunities at this career fair.
• Manufacturing, Tooling and Facilities Engineers: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. 
• Electrical Engineers: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. 
• NDT Quality Engineers: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for these roles in Washington State are $18.99 - $61.06 per hour for Manufacturing (Assembly) and Facilities Technicians, $17.75 - $46.63 per hour for Quality Inspectors, $80,500 - $236,500 per year for Electrical Engineers and $84,000 - $178,000 per year for NDT Quality Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
