Title: Senior Manager Supply Chain Purchasing System Compliance

Job Description: This position will oversee the implementation, standardization and management of all Segment-level compliance activities for all Business Systems under IMS Supply Chain, including the oversite of all Sectors, Divisions and Sites within the IMS Segment. This position will be responsible for oversight and monitoring of all Compliance Policies related to Purchasing, Government Property, and Material Management Accounting Systems, both internal and external requirements, as well as ensuring Sector collaboration to facilitate the transfer of knowledge of best practices and lessons learned.
This position will be responsible for the oversight and management of all Customer-issued Corrective Actions for all IMS Business Systems to ensure timely and adequate responses as well as the appropriate leadership reviews and approvals prior to submission. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring the oversight of all Corrective Action Plans (CAP) in response to either internal or external non-compliance findings, to ensure timely completion of all CAP activities for closure.
This position will oversee a team of individuals with varying Sector-level responsibilities and ensure the appropriate training and oversight is provided to these individuals to ensure compliance for all business systems at their respective Sectors.

Qualifications: Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across the function. Typically has mastery within a specific technical area or broad expertise across multiple related job areas. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
