Job Title: Associate, Program Finance 

Job Location: Plano, Texas

Job Description:

• Responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs)
• Ensure all assigned invoices are processed and completed in a timely manner per the terms and conditions of the contract
• Responsible for financial customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts
• Perform required invoice and account receivable reconciliations to ensure billing accuracy
• Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives
• Support cash application process through research and reconciliations

Qualifications:

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field with 0-1 years prior relevant experience or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.   

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of cost/schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, and/or business acquisitions
• Familiarity with Contract Compliance and Negotiation
• Expereince with customer/management reporting
