What the role will involve

The responsibilities of your role will include the following:

  • Coordinate the return, repair, and replacement of all in-service L3Harris equipment.
  • Manage warehousing, distribution, and inventory of CCI and non-CCI within the ISC.
  • Maintain inventory serviceability through quality checks, battery rotation, and project stock management.
  • Deliver responsive customer service in line with contracts, ADF logistics policies, and performance requirements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, preparing reports and investigating issues as required.
  • Conduct stocktakes and assurance checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide ERP/SAP logistics support to engineering, maintenance, and field service teams.
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Review and update procedures with management to meet current policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

 

What you’ll bring

The role requires the following experience and skills:

  • Current Australian NV1 as a minimum
  • Three to Five Team Lead and warehouse experience
  • License to perform high risk work: LF Forklift
  • MILIS or SAP qualifications
  • Knowledge of material handling procedures, Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.
  • Effective communication and high level of customer service skills
