Job Description:

The Surveillance Systems Division is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program Finance to oversee a Business Area headquartered in Palm Bay, FL. This role is an integral member of the Business Area Senior Leadership team and is accountable for all aspects of financial performance. This includes: earned value reporting and compliance of large complex programs; on time and accurate submission of financial deliverables (internal and external); financial planning and analysis (FP&A); leading Business Area Annual Operating Plan and the Joint Strategic Plan financial processes; partnering with the General Manager, Program Managers and functional leadership teams to develop and execute Business Area near term and long term strategy. Estimated <10% travel will be required for this position.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the financial performance of the business area including the oversight of program finance for large complex programs and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Provide financial leadership to foster and drive business success.
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure cross functional effectiveness.
• Ensure Business Area adherence to financial policies, practices and procedures
• Assess business risk and develop and execute business-wide growth and improvement plans.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management and subordinates including executive level presentations and briefings.
• Lead, evaluate, integrate and support change management and process improvements.
• Develop financial performance reporting to support business decision making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance

• Experience with PeopleSoft, Cobra and Hyperion
• Master's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field
